Curly or Straight.major hair issue HELP!!! =[?

ok so naturally my hair is very curly, but i hate it like that and i straighten it all the time. and i dont really like to straighten it because i feel guilty knowing im damaging my hair.

So, id like to make my curly hair look nice,that way i can keep it like that. but the thing is , when it dries, its POOFY like major POOF and its frizzy.

What could i do to make my curls look nicer??

Hair gell. For me hair spray jacks up my hair but it might work 4 u. Also try some spampoo and conditioner made FOR curly hair. Hope this helped!

apply hair gel on damp hair i suggest garnier wet shine [it gives it a nice look] and the put hairspray on i do that and it controls it for the rest of the day and if it dosent work for u like that but mousse in ur hair before u put in the gel and it makes ur curls look very nice!

We always want what we don't have! I know so many women with naturally straight hair that would love to trade places with me. I also think that society portrays curly locks as unruly, which is so not the case.

I like to use Tressame mousse, it holds the curl and dries much faster then a glob of gel.

It's also good to condition your hair after every wash, it protects your hair from drying out. Leave a little conditioner in it, especially during the summer. Untangle your hair right after conditioning it, then add some mouse, or not, either way, your hair will curl nicely without any poof or frizz.

OR

after untangling your hair, add some creme oil moisturizer, which will make your hair healthy and keep it fairly tame. Put some on your scalp as well. This is what I've been using for years and I love it! Not to mention it doesn't cause a greasy build up and is full of natural oils:

you can find their products in most beauty supply stores and pahrmacies, such as duane reade, walmart, kmart, rite aid, walgreens, longs.. etc

one more thing, make sure you ends are trimmed, cut off bout 2 inches every other month or so, that way your hair will curl all the way to your ends, and your ends look pretty

scrunch it with mousse when it's wet or just use anti-poof by sunsilk. get the leave in cream(works good), the shampoo+conditioner is a rip off.
