Try some sort of curling moose. Pantene is a good brand and works without frizz.
Give it a try!

I have wavy hair, and I use aussie sprunch spray and scrunch my hair all the time. It really turns the waves into nice curls! I love it, I don't know what i'd do without it! You can find it in most stores.. target, walmart, drugstores.. etc. It's really good! Use it when your hair is wet and add some gel and it works perfectly! Good luck!

My hair is the same way- I use moose when my hair is wet then difuse is with a blow dryer- this helps the curls dry without making it "look" wet. It makes my hair shiny and touchable, not hard and crunchy. Sometimes gel can make your hair too crunchy- see how moose works for you and if it doesn't curl enough, get a curling gel then difuse it.

Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner formulated to enhance curls. It makes wavy hair curlier and less frizzy. Let your hair air dry and only comb it with a wide toothed comb or your fingers. Moisture brings out more curl, so try misting your hair with plain water and finger fluffing. Don't weigh it down with a lot of products, but you can use an anti frizz lotion if you need one. If it still isn't curly enough for you, you'll need a curling iron.
