Its my 21st soon, i have longish curly dark brown hair - and i want to get it done at the hairdresse

so what should i get done and why? Usually i get a colour-shine that gives it a nice lustre - can anyone think of anything better that would suit curly hair?

If you don't want to change the colour, just go in and have it styled, have an up do or straightened just for that night - you could always put suttle highlights into it

Your hair sounds pretty as is but if your really wanting to try something different id go straight.

If you wanted something different try partial highlights and a different tone of brown lowlights. It will give dimension and the look of shine. However unless you want the upkeep, just keep doing the color shine.

i also have dark brown curly hair and the problem with having it straight is when it gets the slightest bit damp your in trouble right........i find that once its dried to also define your curls a little if you do not opt for any other colours to be added to your hair is a bit of wax.............or what i do at times is once its dried use a little bit of mousse this also works wonders........good luck and have a blinding night whatever.........happy birthday

why don't you get some hair assorries and het the hairdresser to put it up and add the assorries

my hair is naturally straight! and i like to curl it and when i do it stays in for 2 days but still lol it makes a change
