i have extrely curly hair.. i always wear it up in a bun, and hardly ever wear it down..

use mousse right out of the shower. detangle your tresses a bit with our fingers and let them air dry with the mousse in it. if you can't wait to air-dry...dry on cool with a diffuser.

use a smoothing cream, find a brand that works best for you, then I straigten with an iron. or let it air dry, with out touching it. If you choose to air dry, DO NOT run your fingers through it. the more you do the frizzier it gets!! but always use the smoothing cream!!!!

Either you rub it in you your hair when its damp, blowdry your bangs then twist it into a bun until it dries, it will look very funky

When you get out of the shower blot your hair, don't rub it. Scrunch your hair with the towel to form curls. Then apply some hair serum and then go for your gel/mouss茅. If your using gel (do not scrunch) leave as is but if your using mouss茅 scrunch away. Hairspray your curls then air-dry or blowdry with a diffuser. Your hair should be shiny and somewhat frizz-free.

wear it down. Long curly locks are beautiful. I think there are places you can go and have it treated like repair so it is easier to work with. Or just get it straightened, I'm pretty sure you can do more with straight hair then curly.

I have a few tricks:

a)Finesse conditioner for curly hair. It keeps my hair smooth and soft, and I have pretty coarse hair. I've had some pretty bad experiences with Pantene (it made my hair break off!) so my advice is stay away from it.

b)L'Oreal StudioLine Pumping Curls Spray. It keeps my curls defined and in control, but doesn't weigh my hair down, and really helps a lot with frizz.

c)Don't mess with it too much. If you have a good conditioner, you should only have to comb your hair through with your fingers when you get out of the shower. If you want to part it in a specific way, then comb in that part, put in your styling product, and just let it go. If you try to make your curly hair dry in a way it doesn't want to, or if you brush or comb it when it is half dry of fully dry, you'll just separate the curls and cause lots of frizz. Curly hair is stubborn hair: you have to let it do what it wants.

d)Get a good haircut. The worst length for curly hair that tends to frizz is just around the shoulders. That length seems to bring out the worst of the tangles, the uncontrollably, and the craziness. Either keep your hair well below your shoulders, or cut it to chin length or shorter. Below the shoulders and you have massive curly waves down your back (stunning!) and above the chin you have fun springy curls (cute!) I like short hair myself, it makes me feel fun and youthful and sassy, but obviously what fits your personality is best for you. Shorter hair is also easier to care for, and you don't find yourself putting it in a bun all the time because, well, you can't.

Someone's going to tell you to straighten your hair, but I hope you don't do that. Having curly hair in a world where it seems everyone has straight (or straightened) hair is fun. You get to be the one who stands out with your bounce and volume in a world of flat lifeless hair. I love my curls, and I hope you will love yours, too!

Do not relax your hair that could mess up the texture and the density of your hair. You do not want to do that. I also do not wear any type of make-up besides lip gloss and do not recommend that either, that could mess up your skin.

You could definitely flat iron your hair, that would be great for you to do so you can always go back to your natural curly. However you should not flat iron your hair very often because heat does cause hair breakage. Also get you a very good type of shampoo and conditioner, Pantene has great products that are good for any budget.

Try straightening it with one of those things that plug in and are like crimpers, exept straight. If you don't want it stick straight, try spraying it with a spray bottle filled with water.( Make sure it sprays lightly.)
